This means that when your buyers start looking, your home will be right where they are looking. As well as being listed in the local MLS, your property will be featured on Realtor.com®, Zillow®, and Trulia® so that buyers and agents all over the earth can find it and see full descriptions and photos. It will also be featured on this website for even more details and pictures. I continue to keep up on trends so that your home will get the best exposure.


I will be there every step of the way for you. I'm always available for you to answer questions or give expert advice. As an independent broker, the personal service that you will get is unparalleled by anyone else. You will always know where you are in the process with no surprises. I do offer choices of service. From full-service to seller-assisted service, I can offer you choices of selling plans that no other office can. As an independent broker, I can tailor a selling plan that is right for you.


Full Service is recommended. I do it all. I list it, advertise it, provide a lockbox if you wish, negotiate the sale, open escrow, do all of the paperwork, arrange inspections and certifications, and cover you legally with disclosures. It is done and it is done right from start to finish. For less than a big office. And with a personal touch you won't get anywhere else. Guaranteed.


Because of potential legal pitfalls and the fact that homes listed by Realtors® statistically get a much higher average selling price than those done by the buyer, I do not recommend that you do it on your own.
